RevTech 97” & 106” Big Bore Kits with Forged Pistons
There’s no replacement for displacement! These 4” big bore cylinders with forged and coated KB pistons increase the displacement of an 88” Twin Cam to 97” and raise a 96” Twin Cam to a whopping 106” with no case machining.
Each kit includes:
• RevTech 4” Cylinders with machined fin edges in black wrinkle or naturalfinish
• KB forged pistons with anti-friction skirt coating
• Cometic multi-layer steel head gaskets
• For best performance results add cams and Carb/EFI upgrade

Revtech and Keith Black big bore kit to convert Twin Cam models to 106 cubic inches with NO case boring required. The Revtech 3.927" bore cast aluminum cylinders have machined fin edges and are available in a natural silver or a black finish. The KB forged pistons are computer designed and forged out of 4032 low expansion 11% silicon aluminum alloy. This design and material, along with an Accumulator groove between the top and second ring, produces a better ring seal and a lightweight, yet very strong piston. They also have fully machined heads and top land mini grooves. KB pistons are by Keith Black and United Engine & Machine. Kit features:
• Flat top forged & skirt coated pistons
• Yields 106ci and a 10:1 compression ratio
• For 4-3/8" stroke
• Same as stock cylinder height
• Largest and safest bore available with no case boring required
• Cometic multi-layer steel head gaskets included
• Also includes Hastings rings, pins, locks, dowels, and assembly lube
